Join us as a People Development & Compliance Specialist and help bring our Internal Training Hub to life - a modern, inclusive platform designed to empower every employee to grow and thrive.
In this role, you'll work hand-in-hand with department leaders to co-develop competency frameworks and coordinate practical learning pathways. You'll also lead structured onboarding, support probation and performance enablement, and manage employment equity, wellness and career development programmes - all while ensuring compliance with statutory HR reporting.
What you bring:
- A strategic HR or L&D professional ready to shape the future of learning in a purpose-driven organisation
- SDF Certification & strong experience with WSP/ATR & Employment Equity reporting and submissions
- Supporting performance management, learning, and development initiatives
- A collaborative spirit and strong facilitation skills
- A passion for creating growth pathways, not just ticking boxes
