What to expect from the Executive AI short course

Senior leaders and decision makers are under pressure to act on AI, but don’t have time for a long offsite. This AI short course for senior leaders is designed around that reality: short, focused virtual sessions, combined with a hands-on immersion and a final in-person Strategy-to-Results Lab.

Over six weeks, you’ll build decision-quality, not coding depth: understand the AI stack in plain language, make confident build/buy/partner choices, and shape the governance, operating model and change approach needed to deliver real outcomes.

You will leave with tangible artefacts, including an 18-month AI roadmap, AI-linked OKRs (objectives and key results), a prioritised initiative portfolio, a simple AI proof-of-concept, developed under expert guidance, and a focused 90-day execution plan.
