This intensive programme enables you to gain mastery of the domain of strategy through “real world” case studies of leading organisations and facilitator-led peer group discussions, as well as an opportunity to reflect on ways and means of making your organisation’s strategy more robust. The programme is underpinned by research rigour, but has a strong bias for practical application and action.
