Designed with the needs of experienced managers in mind, the two and a half year Henley MBA by Flexible Learning is a part-time programme delivered through a blend of face-to-face workshops, peer group learning team activities and on- and off-line individual and group self-study programmes. You will share and learn from the experiences of fellow members of your MBA team hailing from a wide variety of managerial backgrounds.

MBA courses to give creativeness to business people and business to creatives

Our MBA courses for creatives feature programmes for Creative Activists and Innovators which evolved from our world-first MBA for Music and Creative Industries. The MBA+ programme has been developed to provide creative acumen for business people and business acumen for creatives.

The MBA+ combines the attendance on our international, triple-accredited Flexible Executive MBA programme with additional workshops, and speaker presentations focusing on progressive business ideas and practices for the creative economy.  Students will learn to build new forms of business models, work on creative and innovative projects, manage creatives and creative work, and understand their working future with emphasis on industry 4.0 and design thinking.

Post Graduate Diploma in Management Practice (PG Dip)

This post graduate diploma programme shifts knowledge, emotions and behaviour through experiential and action learning. By doing this, we help students become knowledgeable, well-rounded business managers and leaders.

Benefits of our Post Graduate Diploma in Management Practice

The PG Dip will disrupt and extend delegates’ world view and shift their learning application from an undergraduate to a postgraduate. Delegates will have the opportunity to network with other delegates in organisations facing similar business management issues and opportunities as well as it being the bridging programme for those wanting to do an MBA.

Who is this course for?

This programme is for middle to senior managers with 3 or more years management experience with a NQF level 7 qualification (Bachelor degree or advanced diploma). This programme is accredited by the CHE at a NQF level 8 and will enable successful graduates to proceed to a NQF level 9 qualification such as the Henley MBA.

Duration and structure of this course

PG Dip runs over 10-12 months, part-time. Total attendance is 21 days in 5 modules which may include some Saturdays. The content is woven into a systems thinking framework which incorporates action learning.  The themes covered are those that middle to senior managers are expected to master whilst the personal mastery component enables delegates to understand themselves and others better. How To Apply For Our Executive MBA Business Course

The Henley Business School MBA is a NQF9, 200 credits programme. To join the Henley MBA programme you will need:

  • Honours degree or Postgraduate Diploma with a minimum of 3 years of management experience (CHE requirement)
  • Applicants with considerable and demonstrated management experience who do not meet the admission requirements may be considered for admission under our current recognition of prior learning (RPL) policy. RPL applications close 30 November 2018.
  • Competency in English
  • The ability to access company data for course assignment purposes
  • If you don’t have an Honours Degree or equivalent, our Postgraduate Diploma in Management Practice (PG Dip) is our bridging programme into the MBA.

Please note that any missing items or an incomplete application form may result in a delay with your application. Once we receive your application, the Henley Admission Panel will assess your suitability for the programme and you will be informed in writing as soon as possible of the Panel’s decision. Please be aware that incomplete applications will delay consideration. You may be required to attend a personal interview with a member of the Henley faculty and you may have to undergo additional assessment processes. Applications open 1 September 2018 for the 2019 intakes. We operate a rolling admissions system and it is recommended that you apply early to secure your place.
