Beyond Knowing: the neuroscience of coaching and meaningful leadership change
Knowing what needs to change is one thing. Making that change is another.
What helps a leader shift perspective, navigate a transition or approach a familiar challenge differently? And how can coaching support that process?
Join us at Henley Africa for a morning of personal stories, insights into coaching and the brain, and thoughtful conversations about meaningful leadership change.
Come to listen, relax and make room for fresh thinking. With breakfast and live music, this is an invitation to step out of your usual rhythm and spend time with ideas – and people – that open up new perspectives.
