Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for academic programme delivery and stakeholder engagement? Henley Business School, Africa, is seeking a dynamic Programme Coordinator to join our team and support the smooth running of our prestigious DBA programme.

Is this role for you?
The ideal candidate for this Programme Coordinator role should possess a relevant tertiary qualification (NQF Level 5–7), with a degree being a distinct advantage. You must bring proven experience in programme administration, preferably gained within the higher education or executive learning sectors. 
 
Success in this position requires strong organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities to effectively liaise with high-level candidates and faculty. Finally, the ability to maintain administrative efficiency, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), is essential, along with a willingness to work flexible hours, which may include evenings and weekends, to support programme delivery.
