At Henley Business School Africa, we don’t do ‘boring admin’. We do excellence. We work hard, we move fast, and we change lives. Are you ready to join us? We are looking for a Senior Programme Manager to run the engine room of our flagship, top-ranked MBA programmes.
In this role, you won’t just be pushing paper; you will be orchestrating the educational journey of Africa’s future business titans. You will be the bridge between a brilliant (and sometimes demanding) faculty, an ambitious cohort of students, our UK colleagues and other stakeholders, and the hard reality of deadlines, budgets, and accreditations.
You will report to the MBA Director, who sets the vision, but you will make it happen. As the operational brain of our MBA programmes, you will be the one who ensures the ship doesn't just float, but sails at full speed.
Is this job right for you?
We are looking for a leader who can lead and develop a high-performance team committed to service excellence and continuous improvement.
Our ideal candidate will:
-
Approach “no” as an invitation to innovate rather than a final verdict
-
Uphold uncompromising attention to detail
-
Have high emotional intelligence, be driven by purpose, and be passionate about professional education
-
Have previous experience working in the education landscape or running complex operations in a high-pressure environment
-
Have strong business acumen, superior communication and project management skills and the agility to navigate complexity
-
Be ready to contribute meaningfully to Henley’s impact across the continent
