Course elements: Curate your learning experience

The Henley Executive Development Programme is a cohort-based programme. You will journey with a group of peers over several months, attending four contact sessions – a mix of online and in-person classes – with workplace assignments in between. You have a choice of electives to shape your own learning journey, and the programme can be extended to a maximum of 12 months if required to accommodate busy schedules.

Coaching support 

A dedicated coach will work with you to reflect on your learning process, providing a confidential sounding board to help you navigate technical and project-focused challenges and focus on your personal transformation. Three personal coaching sessions will be included as well as one-on-one support during the applied business project and as part of the Strategy Programme.

This bespoke support ensures you don't just gain new skills, but also develop the strategic mindset needed to implement them effectively and drive meaningful change within your organisation.
