Andrew Maringa is an award-winning entrepreneur, husband, father, board director, author and founder and CEO of Tendai ICT.
Before embarking on his entrepreneurial journey, Andrew built a successful career with Bytes Technology Group (Altron), Deloitte, Siemens, Dimension Data, Medscheme and MultiChoice, where he developed extensive experience in enterprise technology, digital transformation, and business leadership.
His entrepreneurial journey has been shaped by perseverance, resilience, continuous learning and an unwavering commitment to creating value for customers, developing people, and building lasting relationships.
Andrew serves on several corporate boards, contributing to strategy, governance, and innovation across multiple industries.
Beyond business, he is the founder of Lead with Purpose Foundation, a non-profit committed to developing ethical leaders, empowering young people, advancing entrepreneurship, and expanding digital inclusion across Africa. The foundation reflects his belief that leadership is measured not only by what we achieve, but by the opportunities we create and the lives we impact positively.
A devoted husband and father, Andrew believes leadership begins at home. The values of faith, family, integrity, and service continue to shape both his personal life and his approach to leadership.
