Accounts Payable Administrator - Finance Department
Salary range: 298,200 - 319,700 ACTC.
Closing date: 04 May 2023.
Join our dynamic finance team as an Accounts Payable Administrator and play a key role in controlling and managing financial transactions with our valued creditors. You will be responsible for processing invoices, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, maintaining vendor relationships, performing financial analysis, and assisting with audit preparations.
What we're looking for:

Effective verbal, listening, and communication skills

Ability to interact and engage with staff at all levels

Strong accounting skills with a good understanding of revenue recognition principles

Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Sage 300 / AccPack (advantageous)

Analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent time management, attention to detail, and accuracy

Strong administrative and organizational skills
-
Accounting qualification, preferably a Degree or Diploma

3-5 years of creditors experience
-
Background in Higher Education (beneficial)

Accurate, complete, and demonstrates sound work ethics

Flexible approach towards duties

Well-presented and professional with a vibrant personality

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
