Content, Design and Events Assistant

Responsible for: In-house content creation, design, and experience capture
Salary range: R338 226 to R358 500 CTC per annum

Do you have a strong creative eye and storytelling ability? Are you passionate about education and brand impact? Henley Business School Africa is seeking a talented Content, Design and Events Assistant to join our marketing team and capture, create, design, and curate compelling content that strengthens the Henley brand across digital, social, and event platforms.

 Is this role for you?

The ideal candidate for this Content, Design and Events Assistant role will have a relevant diploma or degree in marketing, design, communication or media production, with one to two years’ experience in content creation, design or digital marketing. Success in this position requires a strong creative eye and storytelling ability, with skills in photography, videography, editing (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar), and basic to intermediate graphic design capabilities. Additionally, you should demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, be able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, and have strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.

Preference will be given to candidates who demonstrate an understanding of brand management and content strategy, who are familiar with social media platforms and best practices, and who have an awareness of the higher education and leadership development landscape.
