Henley Alumni Mentorship Programme

We make a living by what we get. We make a life by what we give.” – Winston Churchill.

Henley Business School runs mentoring programmes for current students, as well as an open mentoring programme for alumni.

A mentor’s main purpose is to help a mentee define his/her goals and find ways to achieve them. Since the expectations of each individual will vary, the mentor’s job is to encourage the development of a flexible relationship that responds to both the mentor’s and mentee’s needs.

Mentoring gives mentees an opportunity to gain insight into the industry they wish to work in from an experienced professional.

How the Henley Mentoring Programme Works

This programme is for all Henley students and alumni. You will meet once every 6 – 8 weeks. This is a guideline and the terms of engagement can be arranged be the Mentor and Mentee.

Duration: 1 year

Deadline for registration: 19 February 2021
Matching will be completed and introductions will be made by end of February 2021
