HEAD OF OPERATIONS: POSTGRADUATE PROGRAMMES


The job holder will manage a team tasked with planning and delivering of MBA and other postgraduate programmes, ensuring a high level of customer service, student experience, programme completion, sales and support. Day-to-day tasks include the successful delivery of programmes through human resource/talent planning, deployment and management, resource planning and organisation according to a well-defined set of processes. A strong focus on building an excellent student experience, programme completion, progression, customer quality service and communication both within Henley Africa and with the students and stakeholders is central to the role.
