Benefits of our Postgraduate Diploma in Management Practice:
The PGDip will disrupt and extend delegates’ worldview and shift their learning application from an undergraduate to a postgraduate level. Delegates will have the opportunity to network with other delegates in organisations facing similar business management issues and opportunities. The PGDip can also lead you to the internationally quadruple accredited Henley Business School MBA.
Who is this course for?
This programme is for middle to senior managers with 3 or more years of management experience with a NQF level 7 qualification (Bachelor degree or Advanced Diploma). This programme is accredited by the CHE at a NQF level 8 and will enable successful graduates to proceed to a NQF level 9 qualification such as the Henley MBA.
Duration and structure of this course:
The PGDip is delivered part-time over 10-12 months. Total attendance is 23 days across 6 blocks. The curriculum is built upon a systems thinking framework that incorporates action learning.
The content is woven into a systems thinking framework which incorporates action learning. The themes covered are those that middle to senior managers are expected to master whilst the personal mastery component enables delegates to understand themselves and others better.

Designed for practicing managers, most of which already have three or more years of managerial experience. Sharing your experience with fellow programme members enriches your learning.
To join this Postgraduate Diploma in Management Practice programme you will need:
- Three years’ management experience;
- First degree or equivalent professional or international qualification*;
- Evidence of competence in English – English language requirements (PDF)**; and
- You must be able to gain access to company data for assignment purposes.
All applicants must submit:
- A completed application form;
- Current CV;
- Two references; and
- Certified copies of Identity Document and degree certificates;
