How can you be a good exchange student?
As an exchange student on a Henley workshop in Malta/South Africa you are encouraged to really show up and get the most out of the opportunity.

Participate in discussions

Take the time and energy to contribute to discussions and to get to know other students. During break periods strike up conversations to improve your network. These friendships may be key to your future as an executive, entrepreneur or business team leader.

Limit your questions

Given the structure of the exchange, this workshop will be a refresher for you, and some material may be irrelevant for your context. Be mindful that this is the module workshop for your fellow students who still need to be assessed.

Attend pre-workshop meeting

To maximise the cultural exchange and value of your visit, please do attend the pre-workshop meeting, typically scheduled at the very beginning of the workshop, so that you get the chance to get to know the other students.
