Expand your network in Africa & become the leader you want to be
In 2016 Henley launched its now revered PGDip in Management Practice. Due to the impact of this programme, and the success of the Africa Rising elective module in our International MBA, we have designed PGDip: Africa.
Student testimonials

“The great thing about the Henley PGDip is that what we were exposed to on the course was very relevant for Africa and South Africa. I am passionate about our country and the development of its people so it felt like the right institution for me. We were exposed to entrepreneurs that were outside of…

The PGDip was the best preparation for the MBA that I could have had. The MBA is a lot of work, it needs consistency, if you’re not consistent the work piles up and you can fall behind and I was determined not to.

My biggest take-away from the Henley experience has been the phenomenal personal growth. I have learnt to tackle my personal demons, rise to the challenge of new growth opportunities and embrace my hero’s journey. I have also learnt to tackle business challenges with a systems thinking lens and better understand how all the building blocks…
Overview
Authentic interaction and sustained business success in Africa require a deep cultural and commercial understanding. With 54 countries and 1,2 billion people, Africa is complex. For this need, we have designed the programme for individuals and organisations working with markets in Africa, or planning expansion on the continent. The programme follows the blended learning approach and is aligned to our mission to build the people who build the business that build Africa.
Through blended learning, PGDip Africa allows delegates to experience the programme wherever they are in the world. Along with guided weekly discussion sessions with classmates and facilitators, supported through online assignments and assessments, delegates will have virtual immersive experiences (via VR headset), for a lived experience of different social, cultural and business environments.
You will thrive in the PGDip if you are committed to:
– Powerful personal growth

– Being challenged & succeeding

12 months part-time, with 40 virtual evening sessions
