If yes to the above, then the Risk Gamechanger programme is for you!

  • The programme will enhance your skills in Design thinking, Commercial mindset and Critical thinking
  • Your thinking will be challenged, and you will have the opportunity to challenge colleagues’ ideas, whilst being Coached by SMEs
  • Your idea will be presented to the Risk Exco
  • You will also have an opportunity for a professional photo that you can use in your CV, LinkedIn profile, etc.

What is your ticket to the game?

You will need to submit a short video motivation (no longer than 2 minutes) or written motivation (no longer than 250 words) telling us why you should be considered, including a snapshot of your game-changing idea.

  • You can nominate yourself or a colleague
  • The colleague must accept the nomination and will then be required to complete the motivation
  • The deadline to submit is 23 May 2020
  • All motivations must be completed and submitted by the required deadline
  • Motivations will be screened by a panel of judges from Standard Bank & Henley Business School
  • The outcome will be communicated by 31 May 2020.

Nomination Criteria

Judges will look for the following elements when considering your motivation:

Your motivation should include at least 2 of the elements below:

  • It contributes to the overall SB strategy
  • It influences Group Risk in a positive way
  • Does it indicate awareness of commercial impact on decisions?
  • Does it explore the future of Risk in a fast-changing world of work?
  • And, what does it mean to you to be a Risk GameChanger?
