Juanene Frydman Executive Coach
Coming from a Mediterranean background and being a first generation South African Juanene is passionate about South Africa and her people and the pioneering and visionary spirit that is alive in our country. After spending more than a decade in the corporate operations environment, Juanene transitioned in 2005 to heading up her own executive leadership and transformation organisation offering her expertise to such organisations as Areva Resources, BHP Billiton, Wits University, ABSA Capital, Business Results Group and Standard Bank. As personal tutor Juanene brings her vast corporate experience together with an empathy and understanding of the varied and many roles that are required of the PMs. Her passion around the concepts of “curiosita” and “dimostrazione” ensure that both herself and the PM’s that she supports are engaged on a practical, cognitive and emotional level. |
